This scenario demonstrates an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) performing real-time automated loading and unloading operations. The key features include: Precision Load Port Interfacing After navigating to the equipment, the AMR utilizes the vision-guided technology of its collaborative arm to precisely place Front Opening Unified Pods (FOUPs) onto the machine’s automatic load ports (LP1–LP4). Multi-Station Synchronized Dispatching The system concurrently manages demands across multiple load ports. When a machine signals for a material change, the AMR responds in real-time, ensuring that production equipment maintains maximum utilization. Human-Robot Collaborative Safety Navigating through equipment-dense aisles, the robot actively detects and avoids personnel and obstacles. This allows it to complete transport missions safely without interrupting the engineers' workflow.
