ABCS – Automatic Battery Changing Station

The entire process takes only a few minutes, allowing the robot to return to work at full capacity and enabling nearly 100% equipment utilization. Fully Unmanned Operation When an AMR detects low battery levels, it autonomously navigates to the station. The system then automatically extracts the depleted battery and replaces it with a fully charged one, requiring zero human intervention throughout the process. Battery Health Management The station features multiple battery slots capable of simultaneous intelligent charging and real-time status monitoring. This centralized management extends battery lifecycles and ensures the highest standards of electrical safety.
